Ouida Spencer Receives United Cerebral Palsy National Ethel Hausman Award

The Ethel Hausman Award is presented by the United Cerebral Palsy national organization each year to an outstanding volunteer at the local or state level who has made significant contributions to persons with disabilities.

ouida-spencer-ethel-hausman-awardEthel Hausman was one of the original founders of UCP, and the award that bears her name is one that is prestigious and highly coveted within the organization. This year the award was given to United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia’s Ouida Spencer (pictured to right on right accepting the award) on April 4th at UCP’s National Convention in Boston.
